Job Description
Machine Operators- Multiple Openings and On the Job Training

We are now seeking Machine Operators in Amesbury, MA for a well-known area manufacturer that is experiencing tremendous growth. This company has openings for 1st and 2nd shift. New employees will be trained by knowledgeable supervisors on various machine operation tasks. • Pay range offered of $13.00 to $14.50 per hour depending upon shift and experience.

Qualified Candidates will:
• 6 months to 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Be willing to be trained on production equipment and willing to be cross-trained on various machines.
• Show a track record of reliability in their work history.
• Be able to communicate in English (written and verbal) about production issues.
• Work on their feet for the duration of their shift and lift and bend (lifting up to 30 lbs.).

Machine Operators will be responsible to:
• Manual processing & laminating of various types of composite materials & resin systems.
• Ability to learn/perform sprayable operations.
• Work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Ability to read dimensional drawings and follow detailed, written instructions.
• Working regularly with moderate to heavy tooling,
• Grinding and cutting of composite materials.
