Machine Operators- Multiple Openings and On the Job Training

We are now seeking Entry Level Machine Operator in Acton, MA if you are looking to get your foot in the door at a growing company that is serious about continuous improvement and developing its workforce, this may the opportunity you are seeking!

• On the job training provided!
• Clean, safe work environment with a team focused on production and improvement.
• Pay range offered of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour depending upon shift.
• Overtime paid after 8 hours worked per day, not 40.
• This is a 12 hour Shift with opportunities in Day Shift and Night Shift
• HOURS: 6:20 AM - 6:20 PM or 6:20 PM - 6:20 AM

Qualified Candidates will:
• No experience needed, will train
• Be willing to be trained on production equipment and willing to be cross-trained on various machines.
• Show a track record of reliability in their work history.
• Be able to communicate in English (written and verbal) about production issues.
• Work on their feet for the duration of their shift and lift and bend (lifting up to 30 lbs.).
• Steel toed boots require
Some of the responsibilities:
• Responsible for visual inspection for quality, detecting defects in products coming off the line, and informing the machine operator of any problems with materials.
• Controls the windup, and directs the material handler(s) in support of windup operations.

Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is a plus.
