Job Description
Marathon Staffing is seeking motivated, results-driven candidates for Inside Sales Representative positions available in Longview, TX!!

Duties include, but may not be limited to:

· Taking inbound calls and answering questions about custom products

· Making outbound calls to new leads that come in daily

· Responding to emails in a timely, professional manner

· Assisting walk-in clientele and finding out their needs though thorough conversations

· Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate the product value

· Addressing client concerns and objections professionally

· Persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale

· Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

· Other duties, as requested


Requirements include, but may not be limited to:

· Prior experience in Sales with upbeat, positive personality

· Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills

· Solid computer skills with ability to learn company specific software

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Pay is $600 per week to start, earning potential of $1500 to $4000 a month!

Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Sunday and one weekday off (TBD).
