Job Description


Marathon Staffing is seeking a Line Operator/Packer who will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products while meeting production goals and maintaining a safe work environment. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Meet performance metrics for production operations.

  • Operate extrusion, paper wrapping, and flow-wrapping equipment efficiently.

  • Weigh, count, pack, and palletize products accurately.

  • Maintain a clean and accident-free work cell.

  • Communicate and report performance measures within the work cell team.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and throughput.

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • High motivation and a strong work ethic.

  • Experience in extrusion and/or injection molding (preferred).

  • Familiarity with flexo printing (preferred).

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
